4. Mock Interviews

  1. Students will receive the exact number of mock interviews mentioned in the course.

  2. Mock timing will be allotted by the institute; rescheduling depends on availability.

  3. Mock recordings are the property of Samiksha Institute and must not be shared.

5. One-to-One Sessions

  1. One-to-one mentoring sessions will be scheduled as per mentor availability.

  2. If a student misses the allotted slot, it will be counted as completed.

6. Code of Conduct

  1. Students must behave respectfully with faculty and peers.

  2. Any misconduct, abusive behaviour, or disruption will lead to removal without refund.

  3. Recording or screen capturing of live classes is not allowed.

7. Refund & Cancellation

  1. Fees once paid are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  2. Fees cannot be transferred to another course or student.

  3. Leaving the course voluntarily will not grant any refund.

8. Technical Requirements

  1. Students must ensure a good internet connection, camera, and microphone.

  2. The institute is not responsible for technical issues on the student’s side.

  3. If a session fails due to technical issues from the institute, it will be rescheduled.

9. Course Validity

  1. Course access (classes, material, mocks) is valid only for the current interview cycle.

  2. Access expires automatically after course completion.

10. Privacy & Confidentiality

  1. Student data will be kept confidential by the institute.

  2. Students must also maintain confidentiality of other students’ mocks, videos, and discussions.

11. Advertisement & Success Disclaimer

⭐ After your selection, the institute may use your name, photograph, testimonial, and success story for advertisements and promotional purposes.

  1. Samiksha Institute may change class timings, faculty, or schedule as required.

  2. The institute may remove any student violating rules without refund.

  3. All intellectual property belongs solely to Samiksha Institute.
